How do I buy a used car from web name?

  1. Search for your preferred trucks and send us the inquiry.

  2. Receive the fee quote from us and once you approve, we will send you the pro-forma invoice

  3. After making the payment, send us bank payment documents.

  4. Process the necessary documents for customs clearance and "Claim your car!"

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are only accepting payment through Bank Transfer for the payment of the car or pay it cash.

How do I pay the invoice?

After we have agreed on the price, we will be sending you a pro-forma invoice.

To pay this invoice, please proceed to you bank of choice and make a wire transfer, once you have completed the wire transfer at your bank, you will then receive a TT copy (Telegraphic Transfer Copy) as a proof of your remittance.

Please send this TT copy to us through email at … so we could confirm your payment.

I found a vehicle I like on your website, what should i do next?

After choosing your vehicle, you have two options to proceed.
First one is to make a direct Free Inquiry from our website and wait for a call/message from us.
Secondly, email us at … or send us a message on whatsapp … with your best offer, so we could start negotiation on the price.

How long does it take to get the car?

It depends on which product that you choose. Please ask our sales staff for more details.

There is no stock for the car I want

Even if the car you want is not in stock, we can search in the Japanese market and find whatever cars you want because we are the member of a business network in which many units are traded every week. If you have a car that you cannot find on our website, please fill in the request form by clicking the link below!

Which is the best Japanese car brand?

Japanese car brands are known for their high durability and safety. It is easy to think that a used car with a mileage of 100,000 km usually has a problem with durability, but a Japanese car does not have a problem with durability or safety even if it exceeds 100,000 km.
There are several brands that are famous in Japan for example, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Honda etc.

 

The vehicle I bought is different from the description stated on the website. How can I make a complaint? Or can I get a refund?

We basically never accept your complaint of our product/service and refund. Please inquire us if you have any concern about the vehicle condition.

I want to cancel a transaction. What should I do?

Please refer to our “term of use” first. If you have a question more, please contact us.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Philippines time) except national holiday and other long holidays such as new year’s holiday.
We will notify you in the “Notice” on the top page if we close more than two straight days except Saturday and Sunday.

Do I use this website for free? Any additional fee for use?

It is completely free to access and browse the website. (Other than Internet utility charges) No any additional fee will be charged by us.

Do you take inquiries only in English? Or other Language?

What are “IN STOCK/RESERVED/SOLD OUT” on the vehicle list?

This is the condition of each vehicles. “IN STOCK” means we have a stock of the vehicle and you are entitle of buying it. “RESERVED” means someone already confirms to buy and proceed to make a payment. “SOLD OUT” means someone already purchased a vehicle and we don’t have the stock anymore.

Can you provide me with a receipt of my payment?

No, we do not provide receipts. The bank remittance provides an official written record of the payment transaction for both the buyer and seller.

How long does it take for my bank remittance to be transferred to your bank account?

It takes approximately three (3) business days in average for your bank remittance to be reflected in our bank account. As long as you notify us the payment transaction with a T.T.COPY, we will wait until the payment is confirmed by our Bank, even if the bank transfer takes longer.

How long is the due date of payment?

You shall pay the amount within 24 hours. Don’t forget to send us T.T. copy after you complete to make a remittance.

What will happen if I fail to make a payment by due date?

The condition of vehicle turns to “IN STOCK”, and other users can confirm to buy.

Where can I find your bank information for payment?

Please find our bank information on your pro-forma invoice. We never let you know bank details through other documents.

Can I get reimbursement when cancelling?

We shall never accept to cancel after payments.
